About Me
I’m Marcel Clement, a sustainability advocate with extensive agro-commodity experience and the founder of ImpACT Consulting. My career has taken me from pioneering Rainforest Alliance certification in Europe to guiding transformative changes in the coffee industry’s approach to sustainability.
At ImpACT Consulting, I guide and mentor organizations on their sustainability journey by empowering them to take ownership of their strategies and equipping them with the insights, tools and actionable solutions they need to succeed in achieving meaningful and measurable change.
My role is about transforming mindsets, rethinking processes and inspiring new perspectives necessary to integrate sustainability into their core operations and supply chains.
I’ve seen how bold decision-making, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainable growth can transform businesses while creating lasting benefits for communities and the planet. This philosophy also guides my personal life as I have worked for over 5 years to set up a co-housing project in The Netherlands.
